Cyclepath warrants to you, the original retail purchaser (consumer), that the Cyclepath device will, under normal use, operate substantially in accordance with the product specifications for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase by the consumer.
The foregoing warranty is limited and is not applicable to: (1) normal wear and tear; (2) defects or damage caused by misuse; accident (including collision, fire, and the spillage of food or liquid); neglect; abuse; alteration; unusual stress; modification; improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing; improper storage; use of an unapproved device; if the serial number has been removed or altered; (3) use not in accordance with the product specifications and documentation accompanying the product; or (4) damage caused by the equipment with which the product is used. This limited warranty does not apply to any similar non-Cyclepath products or any unauthentic products or accessories. In the United States and Canada, Cyclepath reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.
